Paseo del Born is a cozy nook in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. The building is artfully designed, and is nestled above one the nicest and trendiest bar terrace. In particular, I have enjoyed living in student experience, both for its large countertops, modern bathroom, and the natural light that comes through the apartment’s many windows each day.

It’s a comfortable and welcoming space and it been a wonderful during my past 6 months in Palma de Mallorca. But beyond aesthetics, the apartment truly stands out in its location. Steps away is Paseo del Borne, and the vibrant city atmosphere that emanates from one of Palma’s most traveled streets. Multiple bus connections are a short walk from the apartment, allowing residents to traverse the Island.

I’ve also enjoyed the apartment’s close proximity to the beach. These two zones are well-known hubs for both culture and gastronomy, and have plenty of young neighbors in their 20s and 30s.
